Breakfast

Eat breakfast!

Whether it’s cereal, fruit, or a sandwich, eat something to get you started for the day.

It will:
- increase your metabolism
- increase your alertness
- increase your energy
- decrease fatigue during the day

For breakfast, try to stick with whole wheat bread and cereal, fruit, and dairy products.

Don’t forget to drink fluid in the morning. You dehydrate while you sleep for 6-10 hours so replenish your fluids.
